This is a light recovery week. Please use this week to work on your mobility and body control.

A) For Quality

5 rounds of

20 x American Swing Kettlebell

10 x Ring Muscle Up transition practice.

10 x Hollow Tuck (slow and strict)

B) Mobility Test

10 minute squat hold. (from mobilityWOD day one!)
