A) For Practice

Hollow Rock

Dragon Flag (use a partner or the rack)

GHD Sit-ups (using a partner and a box)

 

B) For Time

10-20-30 reps of,

Sit-up

Push-up

Each round starts with 80m run with weight plate.

 

Workout Notes:

- We need to be very sensible with the GHD-style sit-ups and Dragon flag.
