3 x 5-10 second holds L-sit

3 x 5-10 second holds Bridge Up

3 x 5-10 second holds V-Up (top position)

3 x 5-10 second holds Superman

Workout Notes:

- Part A should look perfect. Use this day to go heavy while maintaining a perfect back position.
