A) For Reps

‘Lynne’

5 rounds of,

Bench Press max reps at your bodyweight (e.g., same amount on bar as you weigh)

Strict Pull-up max reps

*We will rest as much as possible between sets to get the highest possible number of reps.

General Notes:

- Special Open Gym sessions: Sunday the 19th and 26th of August and Sunday the 2nd of September. 10:00-13:00
