We want to make the transition from beginner to our CrossFit Classes as simple and as effective as possible.
When starting at CrossFit Central Helsinki, you will be guided through your initial classes by a personal coach. While enjoying the atmosphere, community and structure of the classes, you will instructed through movements, techniques and intensity one on one with your personal coach.
This method smooths out the transition into regular classes, while ensuring that you are getting the amount of personal attention you need to develop the skills required.
