    Strength 15-11-2018

    Squat Clean:
    3 x 2 @80%, every 60s.
    3 x 1 @85%, every 60s.

    • Reset between the doubles.

    Conditioning 15-11-2018

    5 Rounds with partner(s), not for time:
    80 Meter Sledpush (medium)
    200 Meter Farmer Carry (32/24kg)

    • Rest as needed
    • Split work in half. One person works.
    • 20 Minute soft cap
