If you are playing a sport, then you know the difference being physically capable can make! We want you to feel powerful, strong and fast on the court, in the arena or on the field.
Team practise includes training for all types of participants. The sessions will be based on functional and practical tips to get your body moving well.
Ongoing training content can be customized according to your sport requirements and the wishes of the club. For the best results, and a solid foundation, you want to consider regular training.
Sport specific physical training takes accurate account of the specific sport requirements. The exercises are designed to develop the physical characteristics needed in the sport and lay a foundation for the sport specific training. In addition to improving performance, this helps minimize the most typical injuries.
Facility. It is also possible for us to rent our facility to your team to conduct your own training. We have a well-equipped facility with ample space for teams and trainings of all types.
