1. Is CrossFit a cult?
Yes! Once you start CF you become part of the cult and cannot quit without a good reason. In this cult you might be forced to be in relationships and get pregnant without knowing it.
2. Favorite movement?
More than one. Probably all of the gymnastic movements that I have learned after I started CF. Muscle ups and HSPUs, difficult but fun stuff.
3. Least favorite movement?
Kipping! I just don’t get it.
4. Hardest workout you have done?
All the wods where you need to calculate the rest period in the middle of the WOD and all the WODs where you have do math after WOD.
5. What do you like about CFCH?
People and atmosphere. I think I have always left from the gym with a smile, even though I might walk up those stair up with tears. Once you enter the to the gym, you just can leave all the shit behind, smash the workouts and have fun.
6. Was it love at first taste with CrossFit/CFCH?
My first visit at CFCH was when I attended a free class. I actually said after that sweaty burpee wod, that I loved it. I still think the same.
