1. Is CrossFit a cult?
Yep, CrossFit is a cult. No doubt!
2. Favorite movement?
Not easy to pick one. At the moment, it’s handstand and ring stuff. I also have a love-hate relationship with the snatch.
3. Least favorite movement?
Chest to bar and one arm KB/DB snatch.
4. Hardest workout you have done?
5. What do you like about CFCH?
CFCH is like another home for me. People and supportive atmosphere are the best part of it. Coaching is also very professional.
6. Was it love at first taste with CrossFit/CFCH?
It was love at the first taste even though I started CrossFit pretty much by an accident. I still remember those times without shower or dressing room…
7. Any other thoughts?
It still surprises me how different movements are linked together. If you get progress in one movement there are probably one or two movements more that you have also improved. Strength is not everything. You still have to have the flexibility and stability to keep going. So there’s no shortcut.
