1. Is CrossFit a cult?
2. Favorite movement?
I don´t have any, still only movements that I could improve in. All “slow and steady” movements that doesn´t require a lot flexibility works best for me.
3. Least favorite movement?
I´m quite bad at most things that we do, so can´t really say what´s the least favorite, maybe stairs.
4. Hardest workout you have done?
Open workout 14.5, did it on a Friday morning class (7.00 am) and it wasn’t pretty.
5. What do you like about CFCH?
The quality of coaching, nice people, good atmosphere and there´s a lot of movements that I would not otherwise do.
6. If you could be trapped on a desert island with only one cult member, who would it be and why?
I have to say Kalle as he has been my “bench buddy” from the beginning and the guy who has been coming to the evening class consistently same as me for the last three years.
7. Was it love at first taste with CrossFit/CFCH?
