Gym Rules

We have only a few basic rules.

  1. No ego.
  2. Respect.
  3. If you like it, spread it.
  4. Late? Expect burpees.
  5. Set a new personal record? Write it on the board! Get excited!
  6. No packing away of your equipment until everyone in your class has finished their workout.
  7. If you do something that disrupts someone from having a good time, expect burpees!
