What is Scaling?

We have daily workouts that give the general template for the training on that day.

We then use ‘scaling’ to adjust the workout to suit the needs of the individuals in the class.

Common adjusts include;

  • Adjusting the weight.
  • Adjust the repetitions.
  • Adjusting the movement.

When we adjust a movement, we ensure that you doing a movement that will allow you to progress to more advanced movements in the future.

Proper scaling will allow you get a better workout, faster results and remain healthy.
