Intensive Training Courses

Designed for groups of 5-12 people, the Intensive Training Course is a great way to get some quality training done in a short period of time.

Usually arranged around 6-8 weeks with two sessions per week at CrossFit Central Helsinki and then some ‘homework’ sessions away from the gym, the goal is maximise the fitness result for the time invested and introduce some critical training methods and techniques.

Great for a work group, sporting or a student group looking to build some team spirit while improving their fitness.

In the past, morning training sessions have been followed with a catered breakfast to kick start a productive day.
