Open Gym Access
‘Open Gym’ is a time for our members to train outside of the CrossFit Class environment and schedule.
During Open Gym the members usually train their weaknesses or skills, do additional strength or mobility work and possibly make-up a workout from the past that they have missed. It represents the perfect time to supplement your regular training with some specific time for other skills and drills that may not fit into the class structure.
We are able to offer Open Gym access for non-members also. This includes;
- Access to our fully equipped CrossFit gym.
- Access to our professional and qualified coaches for technique advice, workout suggestions and general recommendations.
- Inclusion to a healthy, positive, training environment.
Open Gym access is arranged with a membership or a visit card.
