1) DB Neutral Grip Bench Press: 5 x 10. Rest 90s.
2) Alt. DB Curls: 3 x 10 each. Rest 60s.
- Class does Floor Press
First minute, perform 1 burpee.
Second minute, perform 2 burpees. etc.
Continue until you are not able to perform prescribed numbers of burpees in the one minute time limit.
OH Banded Triceps Extensions: 4 x 20-30. Rest 60s.
*Between sets complete 20 Russian Twists.(total)
