- Pick a load that is light enough to have no rest between movements each round.
- Aim for 10-20 rounds. Finish early? Practice with a lighter bar after some rest or do easy cooldown on the row/bike/ski
- Global Foam Roll Hamstrings x 60s each
- Active Straight Leg Raises x 60s each
- Parasympathetic Breathing x 15-20 breaths – 3 seconds inhale + hold 1 second + 3 second exhale
