24:00-34:00
Max Distance Farmer Carry (32/34kg)

  • Rx+: 52,5kg/35kg and C2B Pull-ups
  • Score = total reps + distance farmer carry
  • One athlete works at a time, but their scaling should allow for consistent pacing. Athletes have the ability to break up sets however they like to get work done. The farmer carry at the end can be done inside in which athletes can split up carries into 60s intervals.

Extra Credit 06-01-2018

1) Alternating DB Curls: 3 x 20. Rest 45s.
2) Banded Pushdowns: 3 x 25. Rest 30s.
