- From 5.00-10.00 use 40kg/30kg
- From 10.00-15.00 use 50kg/40kg
- From 15.00-20.00 use 60kg/45kg
- From 20.00-25.00 use 70kg/50kg
Timecap: 25 min / Post the total number of reps completed
Go as far as you can get, once you cannot perform the reps within the minute your workout ends. Spend the rest of the time remaining cheering on the other athletes still working!
