  • 120 Burpees
  • 1 x Stairs/400 Meter Run
  • 60 Toes to bar
  • 1 x Stairs/400 Meter Run
  • 60 Shoulder to overhead 60kg/40kg

The runs have to be performed together, all other movements can be split anyhow.
