Open Gym 16:30-20:30

What to do?

  1. Please, remember to book on our calendar that you are coming!
  2. Work on your weaknesses.
  3. Do some mobility work. Please don’t complain about your flexibility unless you are doing something about it!

Coaches will be in the gym to watch, help, nurture and advise as always!

General Notes:

– Special Open Gym sessions: Sunday the 19th and 26th of August and Sunday the 2nd of September. 10:00-13:00
