    Conditioning 11-07-2020

    Every 5:00 x 5 Sets:

    ”BB Complex” of:
    6 Romanian Deadlifts (50, 35 kg)
    6 Hang Power Cleans
    6 Front Squats
    6 Front Reverse Lunges each side
    400 Meter Run

    *Score = slowest split

    Extra Credit 11-07-2020

    – Global Foam Roll Hamstrings x 60s each
    – Active Straight Leg Raises x 60s each
    – Parasympathetic Breathing x 15-20 breaths – 3 seconds inhale + hold 1 second + 3 second exhale
