    Box Squat
    8 x 3 @60% of Monday, every 60s.
    – parallel box
    – Wider than standard stance today

    Bulls On Parade

    For time:
    21-15-9
    Deadlifts @100/70kg
    Bar Facing Burpees

    • 10:00 Time Cap

    Extra Credit 17-09-2020

    Banded Pull-throughs: 100 Reps. Rest as needed.
    +
    – Foam Roll Hamstrings x 60s each (6-12 inch passes proximal to distal)
    – Active Straight Leg Raises x 20 reps each side
    – Parasympathetic Breathing x 15 breaths – 3 second exhale + 1 second hold at top + 3 second exhale + 1 second hold at bottom
