500 Club

Any member who reaches the hefty milestone of 500 training sessions at CrossFit Central Helsinki should be rewarded.

We have decided to honor this achievement by offering the opportunity for that member to design a special workout for the other members. This workout will then be scheduled for the CFCH members to do during class time.

The following conditions apply;

  • The member must first complete the planned workout rx’d within 50mins.
  • It must be something we can program for the class (i.e. we have the appropriate equipment and space)
  • It must be approved by the coaches.
