A small Q&A session with 500 Club member Lini.

1. Is CrossFit a cult?

Yes it is definitely. The best cult ever!

2. Favorite movement?

This is a tricky question. Maybe pull-ups, snatches and box jumps.

3. Least favorite movement?

Burpees, rowing, death biking (assault bike), sled-push, running etc.

4. Hardest workout you have done?

15.5, 13.3, Timpuri, VO2 Hans etc.

5. What do you like about CFCH?

It’s my second home. CFCH is the best place where you can just leave your brains out and focus on your workout. I can always count on the fact that Ben knows what’s best for me at that very moment. It feels like I have my own personal trainer even though we are training in groups.

6. If you could be trapped on a desert island with only one cult member, who would it be and why?

The person should be someone who knows to cook and bake. Otherwise, I would choose Tinja. She knows how to entertain with good stories.

7. Was it love at first taste with CrossFit/CFCH?

No not really! I still hate almost all movements and workouts, but for some strange reason, I’m hooked.
8. Any other thoughts?

Thanks to CFCH and especially Ben that I learned a lot of new skills and some patience. Without CFCH I wouldn’t have wings and ”meatneck”. 😉 Thanks to other cult members for making a great atmosphere.
