One-Off Group Sessions

Got a bachelor, little Christmas or a birthday party coming up? Perhaps a business group wanting to do a team building  day?

We have had great success with one-off sessions to get a group of people moving, sweating and working out together.

The sessions are 60-90mins long and based around short, challenging and team-based workouts.

Movements and techniques will be introduced and explained so that everyone is comfortable to get started and sweating. People of all levels of fitness and training experience will be able to participate in the session.

The workouts are fully instructed and lead by our professional coaches.

Typically, we handle groups of 5-20 people for these sessions.
