In 30 minutes in teams of 2 complete:
150 Wallballs (20/14)
150 Burpees
Then with the remaining time: Max Distance Farmer Carry (32/24kg)

  • This workout can be done however needed ie. split into rounds.
  • Rx+: Heavy Farmer Handles for farmer carry

DB Hammer Curls: 3 x 10-12. Rest 60s.
